- Item Damaged: You must submit clear photo or video evidence of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it.
If your refund request meets the above criteria, we’ll make it right.

- Mistaken Purchases or Buyer’s Remorse: If you simply changed your mind, purchased the wrong item, or no longer want the product, refunds will not be issued.
